Retro-styling in a quick and speedy project!

If you’re a fan of the 1920s style cloche hats, you’ll adore this wonderful crochet pattern. There are times when the beanie hat or the slouch hat will just not do! At such times we can take inspiration from the past. This fashionable hat evokes the Roaring Twenties and the iconic flapper and it’s a timeless classic. The matching infinity scarf further makes this project a winner.

And you won’t have to spend hours and hours getting from start to finish, either! Not only does it use basic stitches but also chunky yarn. It would make a very thoughtful gift, too!

This fabulous pattern is free! It’s the “Berry Swirl hat and scarf set,” an original design by crochet designer Maz Kwok of Maz Kwok Designs at her blog Be A Crafter. You’ll find written patterns for both that will guide you to speedy completion of this wonderful project!
